REMINDERS
*Students should bring in garbage bags by Monday, 12/17 to place their books in for the duration of our Christmas break.

*I ask that parents join us on Wednesday, 12/19 for Lessons and Carols @ 8:30 AM in the Church.

*Students may dress up in Christmas colors; red, white, & green.

*$3 are being collected for our Christmas pizza party, please hand in by Tuesday, 12/18.

*Children in the following tables should bring in the following:
Font 2 tables - 1 pack of individual juice boxes or 1 pack of bottled water
Middle 2 tables - 1 pack of individual potato chip bags or 1 box of cookies (PEANUT FREE please)
Back table - cupcakes or donuts

Lessons: 2nd Grade students will take The House on Maple Street Pearson Assessment; wrap up on learning about our government and watch the film The Star

Lessons: 3rd Grade students will take Treasure in the Trees Pearson Assessment and watch the film The Star.

Lessons: 4th Grade students will begin to review for their NY Archdiocese mid-term exam and watch the film The Star.

REMINDERS
*Mr. Bonilla ask that 2nd grade students wear their full uniform on Mondays as they only have coding and not gym; gym is on Thursdays and students should wear their gym attire then.
*Parents should continue to reinforce classroom and school rules to ensure that their child is focused throughout the school day.

THIS WEEK IN CLASS . . .
Lessons 2nd Grade students will wrap up on reading The House on Maple Street; learn about the feast days during the Christmas season; continue to learn about our national government and the human body.

Lessons 3rd Grade students will wrap up on reading Treasure in the Trees and explore the four marks of the Church.

Lessons 4th Grade students will continue to discuss the season of Advent and the season of Christmas in the Liturgical calendar.
