REMINDERS

*Students are to bring in garbage bags by Wednesday, 12/18 to pack up and store books for the break

*Success Maker is back and being used in class daily this week

*Vocabulary Quiz & Pearson Test Selection for grades 2-5 on Tuesday, 12/17 

*Students are to dress up in Christmas colors on Wednesday, 12/18 for our yearly Festival of Lessons and Carols (NO JEANS, NO SNEAKERS)

*Christmas break homework for grades 2-5 ELA is to complete a minimum of 20 minutes daily on Success Maker

*For Friday, 12/20 students are to bring in juice, cookies, donuts, cupcakes and goodies to share with the class 

*Friday, 12/20 is half a day, dismissal is at 12 noon sharp; there will be NO after school program. 

LESSONS

This week students will be taking vocabulary quiz #6 and a Pearson test selection. Success Maker will also be used daily in class and will be given as homework for the Christmas break.

HOMEWORK

Monday, 12/16

*Grades 2-5 study for vocabulary quiz, reread over text for Pearson test selection - accessible on Pearson (login in)

Tuesday - Thursday, 12/17 - 12/19
*Students should be logging onto SuccessMaker and completing 20 mins every night for Reading & Math

*Students are to bring in garbage bag so that books can get packed up and put away for Christmas recess 

Wednesday, 12/18
Students should bring in shopping/garbage bags tomorrow so that they can pack up and store books away for the Christmas break.
