REMINDERS
- Tuesday, 10/22 vocabulary quiz for grades 2-5
- Parents are reminded to reinforce school and classroom rules to ensure that children are on their best behavior & focused throughout the day
- Evacuation drill will occur sometime this week; parents are reminded to have an updated phone number on record in case of a real emergency.
- Students may dress up for Halloween; more information will be given in regards to a class party later in the week. Students are reminded to buy a big bag of candy to give out to the smaller children during the parade.
LESSONS
This week students will:
- take their 3rd vocabulary quiz
- continue to read their trade books from the ReadyGen program
- third grade will take their assessment for The Case of the Gasping Garbage on Pearson

Mr. Woods has decided to allow 2nd - 8th grade wear dress up clothes tomorrow, children are to come dressed up which means no sneaker or jeans are to be worn. Students who do not follow the regulations will lose their privilege of wearing play clothes for a month.
